Una vez realizado el pago de la matrícula, el alumno tendrá derecho al acceso a la plataforma E-Learning durante un máximo de tiempo, que será el determinado específicamente para cada curso. En la plataforma encontrará los contenidos del curso y el material correspondiente.
Once Registration Fees have been paid, the student shall have the right to access the E- Learning Platform for a certain maximum period of time, being this the one specified for each course. The contents for the course and corresponding materials shall be found inside the platform.
Asimismo, el pago de la matrícula faculta al alumno para realizar en dos ocasiones la prueba final del curso dentro del periodo de acceso establecido en la condición primera. Para el otorgamiento del certificado acreditativo de haber realizado el curso será imprescindible alcanzar una puntuación positiva mínima de, al menos, el 75 % con respecto al total de las materias.
Likewise, the Registration Fees payment gives the student twice the chance to carry out the final course test within the period of time established by the First Condition. To obtain the Course Completion Accreditation Certificate a minimum positive marking must be achieved, of at least 75% regarding the total of questions.
El alumno podrá descargar, exclusivamente para su uso personal, el material disponible para tal objeto, acceder a los vínculos internos o externos así como participar en foros de discusión, realizar preguntas sobre los contenidos al tutor del curso y ser atendido en sus peticiones o reclamaciones respecto del funcionamiento de la plataforma de E-Learning.
The student shall only be allowed to download, and strictly for her/his personal use, the material offered for such purpose, to gain access to the internal and external links as well as to take part in discussion forums, to ask questions about the contents to the tutor and to receive attendance for petitions or claims regarding the general E-Learning Platform running.
En caso de que no fuera aprobada la prueba final en ninguna de las dos oportunidades, el alumno deberá repetir el proceso de matrícula, incluido el pago correspondiente, con el objeto de poder tener acceso nuevamente al curso y a la prueba examinadora del mismo (igualmente en 2 ocasiones). Este proceso se repetirá en caso de que los intentos fallidos se sucedan.
In the case of the final test not being passed at any of both opportunities, the student shall have to repeat the whole registration process, including the corresponding Fees payment, with the goal to obtain new access to the course and the final test (2 new occasions as well). This process shall be carried out again in the case that the student repeatedly fails.
Expresamente se excluye del soporte técnico del curso a asuntos ajenos al mismo y a la plataforma, tales como, sin carácter limitativo, la configuración de Internet o del equipo del alumno.
It is specifically excluded from all technical support for this course any other matters which do not have anything to do with it and the platform themselves, such as, and with no limitation character, Internet or the student’s own computer configuration.
El alumno se compromete a guardar en lugar seguro las claves de acceso a la plataforma de E-Learning en la que se llevará a cabo el curso. La utilización fraudulenta de su identidad implicará la baja automática en el curso y, si fuera descubierta posteriormente a la finalización del mismo, dará lugar a la anulación del diploma o certificado correspondiente, siendo obligatoria la devolución del mismo, todo ello sin devolución de la cantidad entregada en concepto de matrícula.
The student undertakes to keep the Access Keys to the E-Learning Platform by which the course shall be carried out in a secured place. The fraudulent use of her/his identity shall imply the automatic expel from the course and, if discovered after the course completion, the corresponding diploma or certificate cancellation, being mandatory the return of it, all of the former without any Registration Fees charge return.
En caso de que el alumno se negase a devolver el diploma o certificado, con la firma de las presentes condiciones el alumno autoriza expresamente a ENAE a difundir su nombre en una relación de certificados o diplomas anulados por el procedimiento a que hubiere lugar.
In the case that the student refuses to give the diploma or certificate back, by signing this document the student gives ENAE express authorization to spread by the corresponding procedure her/his name in a list of cancelled certificates or diplomas.
ENAE incorporará los datos y documentación facilitados por el alumno a los Ficheros Proveedores y Gestión Contable y Fiscal, titularidad de ESCUELA DE NAVEGACIÓN AÉREA.SPA (ENAE), que han sido debidamente inscritos en el Registro General de nuestros Datos y Archivos y cuyo fin reside en la gestión de la relación estudiante con la Escuela misma.
ENAE will add all data and documents provided by the student to the Purveyors and Accounting Management Files, owned by ESCUELA DE NAVEGACIÓN AÉREA SPA (ENAE), properly registered in the Registro General de nuestros Datos y Archivos which goal is to manage its relationship and file with its purveyors.
El alumno podrá ejercitar los derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición respecto a sus datos personales dirigiendo una comunicación por escrito a ENAE Avda. Las Torres 1375C – Huechuraba Santiago o a la siguiente dirección de correo electrónico: es*****@en**.cl
The student shall have the opportunity to exert her/his right to access, change, cancel or oppose her/his personal data by addressing a written communication to ENAE, Avda. Las Torres 1375C – Huechuraba – Santiago or at the following e-mail address: es*****@en**.cl
Las faltas de educación y civismo en el comportamiento proferido hacia otros alumnos, tutor o cualquier otra persona con la que se tuviese contacto a través de la plataforma de E-Learning, así como la negligencia en el manejo del soporte, serán causa de baja automática. En este sentido, ocurrirá lo propio en caso de que el alumno lleve a cabo la inclusión de material inadecuado o del que no se tuvieran los derechos correspondientes.
Manners or antisocial misbehavior expressed towards some other student, tutor or any other person with whom she/he has contact through the E-Learning Platform, as well as any negligence in the use of the software, shall cause the automatic student’s drop from the course. In this sense, a similar thing shall happen in the case that the student includes inappropriate material or for which she/he does not have the corresponding copyright.
El alumno manifiesta comprender todas las condiciones anteriormente reseñadas y se compromete a acatar el contenido íntegro de las mismas. The student declares to understand all the formerly expressed Conditions and commits to comply with the whole of its contents.
Durante el proceso de inscripción el alumno declarará que ha leído, conoce y acepta el contenido de las presentes Condiciones Generales, no pudiéndose completar dicho proceso hasta tanto el alumno realice la citada declaración.
During the registration process the student shall declare to have read, to know and to accept the contents of this General Conditions, being her/him denied the chance to complete it if the student has not proffered such a declaration.
